0.34 L is equal to 340 ml
430 ml is equal to 0.43

Again, the simplest way would be to turn the L into mL.
Since there are 1000 mL in a single L(iter), you would want to multiply 0.34 by 1000 to turn it into mL.
0.34 x 1000 = 340 mL.
430 mL is greater.
