The reproductive parts of plant are flowers and cones.

The reproductive part of gymnosperm is cone and angiosperm is flower. In angiosperm the female reproductive part of the flower is carpel which is collectively called as pistil. The male reproductive part of the flower is stamen which consists of anther and filament. In gymnosperm cone is the female reproductive part and pollen is the male reproductive part.

Thus, the flowers in angiosperm and cones in gymnosperm is reproductive part of plant.
