if you catch someone doing some thing they aren’t supposed to do what is the responsible thing for you to do and why. what are the risks of not acting responsibly?

depending on the context you should get the person to stop doing the bad thing. this can mean telling authorities, providing friendship, showing a better path etc. if you do nothing you could be allowing this person to continue unhealthy behaviors that could be detrimental later. context is important tho :]
