Plyometric exercises involve active nonconcentric and concentric exercises. Most commonly they involve a lot of leg work and jumping in circles, forward backward, raising legs up and down, moving them quickly, jumping, spreading, stretching, and many similar things. If you can't feel your legs after a plyometric exercise, that means you're doing them right.
