Cell wall: strong, ridgid, gives a plant cell its rectangular structure, green, non permeable, only in plants, 1st layer of plant cell

Cell membrane: weak membrane surrounding animal cell, 1st layer of animal, second in plant, whiteish clear color, semi permeable, in both plants and animals,

Both: organelle, in plant cells, made of cellulose
