She read 12.5 hours in the fourth week, so that's the most.
(Either one is right) =
In all 4 weeks she read 39 Hours or 2340 minutes.

Week #1 : 12 hours
Week #2 : 480/60 = 8 hours
Week #3 : 6.5 hours
Week #4 : 750/60 = 12.5 hours
total = 39 hours for all four weeks
in the 4th week she read the most
