The parallel sides and sides of equal length could describe a few shapes, but the four right angles means that it has to be a rectangle. It COULD be a square, but since we don't know if all the sides have the same length, or if the two pairs of sides are different lengths than each other, all we can say for sure is that it is a rectangle.
