Is veal the smallest animal used for meat

Veal is the meat of young cattle (calves), as opposed to beef from older cattle. There are many, many animals smaller than calves that we eat the meat of, like birds, for example. If you're counting fish and seafood as meat, we eat sardines, tiny shrimp, and so forth. Veal comes from a relatively large animal, comparatively speaking.
