False don't move them too much could further worsen the injury.

The statement that in order to keep a victim of severe internal bleeding from going into shock, yous should keep him moving until EMS arrives, is false. You should elevate the bleeding area above the level of the heart to slow down the bleeding. If there are signs of shock (lack of oxygen to the tissues of the body) you should lay the person down and raise the legs, this will help the circulation.
