D. All of the above would be the correct answer because for A. some plants or trees need the rain and without the rain that normally flows in the ecosystem will result in dead plants and trees and the animals that consume these plants will decrease as well. For B. developing this mall will result in many trees and homes of the wildlife to be destroyed. And for C. this would make a sudden change to the animals population because the owls are decreasing.
