well if youre tryna solve for x you mission would be to have x on one side and all other terms on the other
subtract 2y from both sides
3x = -2y+4
divide each side by 3
x = -2/3y+4/3

Algebra. I dislike Algebra, but well, I have to do it.
Mission #1: Get 2y on other side!!
Process: 3x+2y / 2y = 4 / 2y
3x = 2 / y
Mission #2: Get x alone!!
Process: 3x / 3 = 2 / 3y
x = 2 / 3y
MISSION COMPLETE!!
