Which way is correct, "each other's company" or "each others company"? Or maybe "each others' company"?

It's possessive so it does need an apostrophe. To find out where to put it, turn the statement round, thus:
"The company of each other" then put the apostrophe, then the 's'.
so:
"Each other's company".
