So,
First, the conversion between ounces and pounds is:
16 oz. = 1 lb.
So:
3200 (16 * 200) oz. = 200 lbs.

There are 16 ounces in 1 pound, so all we need to do to find out how many pounds are in a certain amount of ounces is divide the amount of ounces by 16.
3200 / 16 = 200
3,200 oz = 200 lbs
Hope that helped =)
