Since i'm guessing that there were supposed to answer choices the basic things for a fitness program would be counting how many calories you eat on a day to day basis, now I was gonna tell you how many calories you should eat per day based on your age put your profile says otherwise. And another thing you should do is use ms office to make a chart saving what exercise you do everyday and for how long and if you can mark how many calories you burned.
