Which of these are true of super political actions committee, but not of PACs

The major difference between Super PACS and PACs is as follows: Super PACs can raise an infinite amount of money however they cannot contribute to candidates, but can only independently advocate for candidates or issues through ads, etc. PACs can and do directly contribute to candidates but have a limit of about $4700 per election cycle per candidate.
