hello!

_______

In order to find the reciprocal of a number, we should flop it over, like so (kindly consult the formula):-

\sf{The~reciprocal~of~a~is~\displaystyle(1)/(a)}

Here is what happens to fractions:-

\sf{The~reciprocal~of~\displaystyle(a)/(b) ~is~(b)/(a)}

According to the formula, this is the reciprocal of 3/20:-

\sf{\displaystyle(20)/(3)}

note:-

Hope everything is clear; if you need any explanation/clarification, kindly let me know, and I will comment and/or edit my answer :)

20/3
taking the reciprocal is the same as flipping the fraction upside, and the 2 fractions should then multiply together to make 1
