All of the following are examples of "special interest groups" except A. CIA. Special interest groups are organizations that include people with similar characteristics seeking shared knowledge. So, AARP refers to American Association of Retired People which deals with the interests of retired people, The Heritage Group deals with people looking for jobs in the construction, and MADD stands for Mothers Against Drunk Driving. Only CIA is a secret agency, but not a special interest group.
