Answer : Option B) Collective subjects functioning as a unit require singular verbs.

Explanation : The above statement breaks the subject-verb agreement iby using a collective subject which would be a singular verb.

The error was made by using the plural verb "have visited" with the collective noun which would require a singular verb "crew"

The correct verb was supposed to be that "the crew HAS visited" instead of Have.
