Christopher Marlowe uses blood as a symbol for Faustus’s soul and life throughout The Tragical History of Doctor Faustus. Which parts of the excerpt from the play bring out the idea that Faustus’s human soul is predisposed to shun evil?

“My blood congeals and I cannot write no more”. This is sign of Faustus’s hesitancy to sign his soul to the devil. In the end, he does and enjoys all the power bestowed upon as he accumulates knowledge and wealth. In the end, it was too late and the devil dragged his soul to Hell.
