He did that by breaking up railroad trust

The railroad trust was created by J.P Morgan, James J. Hill, J.D Rockfeller, and their other associates which granted them the right over Northern Pacific Railway, Great Northern Railway, and other associated lines which basically give them a huge economic power in Northern America
