-60 is negative so the 2 facotrs are different signs
11 is positive so therefor te positive factor is bigger than negative
list all factors and add and find which add to 11
60-1=59 nope
30-2=28 nope
20-3=17 nope
15-4=11 yep
factors are 15 and -4
