min of 2x+1 is 13 if the min is 13, then that means that 2x+1 is at least 13, so it can be 13 or greater 2x+1≥13 solve for x 2x+1≥13 subtract 1 from both sides 2x≥12 divide both sides by 2 x≥6 x is greater than or equal to 6
