Area of a rectangle is Length x Width.
So 9yards*3yards= 27yards^2
your answer is B

area=legnth times width

legnt=9
width=3
area=9 times 3=27
answer is 27 squaer yards
(square yards since it is 2 dimentional)
aka
27 yd^2
