y intercept is where the line crosses the y axis, that only happens when x=0
so set x=0 and find what y intercet is

y=4(1/3)^0+1+2
y=4(1)+1+2
y=4+1+2
y=5+2
y=7

y intercept is y=7 aka the point (0,7)
