The correct answer is a. vascular plants.

Vascular plants with larger sporophytes are gymnosperms, examples are conifers such as Cycas, Pinus and angiosperms, examples flowering plants are mango, sunflower. The dominant phase in these plants are diploid, independent sporophyte which produces two types of spores. Gametophyte is short lived and dependent on sporophyte.
