In what ways does the water cycle provide fresh water around earth

The rain, I mean ; when the water evaporates from seas or big lakes, it goes into clouds and those clouds form RAIN If that PLACE (Like Africa) doesn't has water, it won't rain Did it helped??

The water cycle provides fresh water by evaporating salt water because salt can't be picked up when evaporated so you have fresh water in the sky. When it rains, it spreads the water around into groundwater, lakes, steams, etc.
