A ski shop has a markup rate of 50%. find the selling price of skis that cost the storeowner $300

So if the store owner Bought the skis for 300 dollars we need to find the original price of the skis before they were marked up 50%. So we need to divide this by three. 300÷3=100 so we have 3 100s now we know that 50% of 200 is 100 so the original price would be $200       Hope this helps!!!
