It is true that every living thing in the world needs a set of instructions to live and grow. However, these are not paper instructions or instructions that are given by others. The instructions for every living thing is located inside the cell. Inside the nucleus of the cell, to be exact. They tell each cell what role they have in a persons body. It also is known as DNA.
