On the above question it is showing that you should eat approx. 12 teaspoon a day. If it is 12 then it is completely false. The maximum oil we should consume in a day is 2 teaspoon only and it is better to keep it balancing between one and two teaspoon. The more oil means the more fat. And growing more fat in our body never can be considered as a healthy body. So better to try as less as consumption of cooking oil in or daily diets.
