2400=x%
- 20000x=240000
- x=240000/20000
- x=12%
75000=100%
6750=x%
- 75000x=675000
- x=675000/75000
- x= 9%
>Therefore, Smallvile has a larger unemployment problem since it's unmployment percentage is bigger than Big town's percentage.
