The answer is glucose.
Urea, sodium and ketones are eliminated by kidneys as waste products. Glucose is not eliminated but reabsorbed by the kidneys to prevent its elimination. If glucose is not absorbed by the kidney, it will result in changed glucose homeostasis. Consequently, hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia will further lead to more complicated disorders.
