In Florida in 2006 32.6% of traffic fatalities and 8.9% of traffic crashes were alcohol-related true or false

That statement is true.
Consuming alcohol prior to driving would reduce the response time in your nervous system which would make you much more likely to be involved in traffic fatalities. Other factors beside this that commonly caused the fatalities would include, speeding, heatstroke, traffic sign violation, etc.
