f(x+5) means for every x, it is x+5

ok so since it is 2nd degree, we do exponent
f(x)=x^2
f(x+5)=(x+5)^2=x^2+10x+25
we need 5 more
f(x)=x^2+5
f(x+5)=x^2+10x+25+5=x^2+10x+30
k=10
