DNA > RNA > Protein
DNA is transcribed to RNA in the nucleus. This RNA is modified and becomes mRNA (messenger RNA) where it is exported to the cytoplasm. In the cytoplasm the RNA code is read and translated into protein by ribosomes. hope it helps
