What are the highest frequency and lowest frequency parts of the EM spectrum

The EM Spectrum goes like this
Radio, Microwave, Infared/Heat, Visible Light, Ultraviolet (UV), X-rays, and Gamma Rays

At the left of the spectrum (Radio) are the waves with lowest frequency. At the right of the spectrum (Gamma Rays) are the waves with the highest frequency.
