In your first question we took the sun to be one solid sphere but this suggests we need to look at it as it really is- a ball of gaseous plasma. This means that the equator moves faster than at the poles which is different to the earth as the earth rotates in the same time no matter which latitude you're at. For your previous question I have researched and the poles = 34.4 days and the equator = 25.05 days for a complete rotation. Read the text book and see if this is what it was asking you as it's hard to know the depth you're asking the questions into by just reading the question. :)
