Wheat bread and cereals are better for your health because they provide your body complex carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals.
unlike ordinary bread, wheat bread is milled with whole grain that gives less sugar compare to the ordinary flour bread.

Wholegrain breads and cereals are better for your health because they provide your body with complex carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals. Compared to whitegrain bread and cereals this is true. However, it is also true that there are much better things to eat than grains and cereals in general for someone who has insulin sensitivity.
