I don't see italic in any of the options so It's hard to judge. Usually we use italic for titles, I mean the name of an article for example. While the quotes are used to emphasize someone's opinion or to be ironic about a topic.

D. Yesterday's Los Angeles Times ran an article titled "So You Want to Become a Movie Star" seems to be the most correct because I don't see italics
