First you have to find a common multiple... in this case, 24 then you have to multiply the numerator by the same number that made the denominator 24...which is 3 and 8 so the answer would be....No

No because if you divide 1 by 8 you get .125 and if you divide 1 by 3 you get .33 repeating and . 33 repeating is a larger decimal and that means 1/3 is a larger fraction
