−4(−11+4n)−3(−2n+9)
44 - 16n + 6n - 27
17 - 10n = 0
17 = 10n

Easy,
-4(-11+4n)-3(-2n+9)
Take them apart and multiply them out...
-4(-11+4n)= 44-16n
and
-3(-2n+9)= 6n-27
Now add the apples and oranges..
44-16n+6n-27
44-27=17
-16n+6n=-10n
Thus, your answer is, -10n+17.
