There should have been an attached image.

Area of a circle is can only be computed when the radius or diameter is provided.

Area of a circle = π r²

Based on the image I saw, the radius is 5.6 inches

A = 3.14 * (5.6in)²
A = 3.14 * 31.36 in²
A = 98.47 in² ⇒ CHOICE D. 98.5 square inches.
