Answer is False. Sugar forms essential part of person's diet. Sugar is what gives energy for day to day activity. Taking excess processed sugar can harm a person's health, as carbohydrates we take also provide energy for our body. Carb alone, however is not enough for body's sugar needs. Intake of Glucose (a form of sugar) is necessary for our energy needs.
