the answer will be 3 because the number 5 is the start of rounding up on number so anything 5 and higher would have to be rounded up. so 2.889 would be rounded up to 3

that would be 2.88 because you couldn't round because of the fact that it's money that's like saying I have $100.99 and I wouldn't round to 101
