The answer is letter c. cutting all meats with the same knife. Using the same knife for cutting different meat may spread food-borne diseases. It would be better if one should clean the knife after every chopping or cutting of meat to prevent food-borne diseases.

The answer is c. cutting all meats with the same knife. because if you use the same knife to cut one meat with can you cut something else with it, then the bacteria from the first meat just got on the second one.
