The statement' microorganism and humus have little impacts on soil health is false. Soil microbes and humus have huge impact on soil health and they are the principal determinants of a particular soil fertility. Humus are dead organic materials which provide essential and needed nutrients that soil needs to be fertile. These needed nutrients can not be available for plant use unless the soil microbes break them down and release the nutriets for soil use. Thus, humus and soil microbes have important roles to play in soil health.
