The altitude of an equilateral triangle is 15.
In order for us to get the area of the equilateral triangle, we need to find the formula first.

Area = square root of (3) / 4 * a^2
Area = square root of (3) / 4 * 15^2
Area = 97.42786 square units.

So the area of the equilateral triangle given the altitude 15 is 97.43 square units.
