Josiah says this is a phylogenetic tree of the dinosaurs. maleek says it is a cladogram of the dinosaurs. who is correct?

Both cladograms and phylogenetic trees show the relationships between organisms but the latter in the length of its' branches shows an indication of the time to develop the phyla and also the variations they passed through to get to the different phyla.
