I think that is wrong for fractions to be in an equivalent form you have to divide both the numerator and denominator by a common factor which is 3 in this case. So, 9÷3=3 and 15÷3=5. The answer would be 3/5

Just do 9 divided by 15, and it equals 0.6.
Or an equivalent fraction would be 18/30, and that is found by multiplying the numerator and denominator by an equal factor of 2.
