Why was the north better suited for growth in manufacturing ? 3 reasons.

Probably not the right answer.

The north was perhaps more suited for growth and development due to the fact that it was located near water which provided an efficiant and effective source of transportation and commerce. This allowed the North to be much better suited for growth in manufacturing because they were more involved in the industrial revolution.

So the 3 points we are going to address.

South was engaged in agriculture and slave trade.
North was engaged in industrial revolution
Water as well as a conglomerate of sales and community lead the way for a better suited North, one tailered to manufacturing.
