Easy,

it's already good, written in y=mx+b form

m=slope

You have,

5y=x-3

Divide by 5 to isolate the y

(5y)/(5)= (x)/(5)- (3)/(5)

Making it,

y=
(1)/(5) x- (3)/(5)

The slope,m, is
(1)/(5).

y=mx+b
m=slope
so we just have to convert it to such
5y=x-3
sivide both sides by 5 to get 1y
y=1/5x-3/5
y=mx+b
m=1/5
slope=1/5
